Deleting your account

What rights you have over your data

When you create an account in our app, your details will be stored on our servers for as long as you choose to keep that account. You can delete your account from within the MyChristmasBuddy app at any time as described here.

How to delete your data (and account)

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account, only the app. If you want to delete your account, you can do this from within the app before you delete it.

1. 1. Tap the menu button in the top left corner of the app screen
   2. Tap User Profile
   3. At the bottom of this screen, tap the Delete Account button and confirm.
   4. The app will confirm once your data is deleted

Note: this is a permanent deletion so once you confirm, we will not be able to recover your account or data. If you are unable to delete your account through the app or need assistance, please contact our customer care team at: privacy@mybuzztechnologies.co.uk making sure to include the email address that you used for the account.
